Terms of use
Last updated 27 September 2026
These are the terms for using Papernibble. They are written to be read. By using Papernibble you agree to them.
The service
Papernibble lets a team write tests, give them online through a link or on paper, and mark them. It is free while in early access. Features may change as we build it with the organisations that use it, and we will give you notice before introducing any charges.
Your account
- Keep access to your email or Google account safe: it is how you sign in.
- The person who creates an organisation is its owner, and decides who else joins and with which role.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Your content
Your questions, tests, the people you add and their results belong to you and your organisation. You give us permission to store, copy and process them only as needed to run Papernibble for you. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you add, and for having permission to add the people you add, including students under 18.
Fair use
Please do not:
- use Papernibble for anything unlawful, or to harass or mislead anyone;
- try to get into other organisations' information, or around our security;
- overload the service on purpose, or use public test links to send spam;
- copy, resell or rebuild Papernibble itself.
We may suspend an account that does these things, and will tell you why.
Availability
We work hard to keep Papernibble running and your answers safe (that is the point of it), but during early access it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of mistakes. Keep your own copies of anything important: Settings has a "Download a backup" button for exactly this.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or opportunities, arising from your use of Papernibble. Nothing in these terms limits anything the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending
You can stop using Papernibble at any time, and an owner can erase their organisation's work from Settings. We may end the service or an account with reasonable notice, and will give you the chance to download your work first.
Changes and law
If we change these terms we will update this page and its date, and tell signed-in users about significant changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
